Saab signs contract with Swedish FMV for a third GlobalEye

Saab has today signed a contract with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) regarding delivery of a third GlobalEye airborne early warning and control aircraft to Sweden. The order value is approximately SEK 2.6 billion and the delivery period is 2024-2029.

4月26日星期五, the morning at the Kecskemét 空气base looked a bit different than standard morning – technicians were not working around the Gripen fleet, pilots were not preparing for their next mission (but of course, everyone was still ready for Alpha scramble should it come).
